Discuss project details and expectations.  Perform thorough review of project design, scope of work, specifications, details and means & methods of completing work.  Examine project budget and complete cost estimate.  In addition,  work on value engineering of project costs to achieve best values for procuring of talented skilled labor and high quality materials.  Review and strategize project schedule to complete work in a timely manner.  

Working with trusted in-house staff skilled trades to dedicated subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal. 

The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
